Product Introduction:

This RS485 water quality COD sensor is designed for real-time online monitoring of chemical oxygen demand in water bodies, and is widely used in industrial wastewater, surface water, aquaculture, and environmental monitoring fields. The product adopts advanced optical measurement principles, without the need for reagents or secondary pollution, and can directly output COD values. With its standard RS485 interface and Modbus RTU protocol, it can easily connect to various industrial control systems and achieve unmanned intelligent water quality monitoring.

1. Reagent free optical method, green and low maintenance
Using UV absorption method for measurement, no chemical reagents are required and no secondary pollution is generated. The sensor operates under long-term immersion, with a long maintenance cycle, significantly reducing labor and consumable costs.
2. RS485 digital output, convenient system integration
Standard Modbus RTU protocol, plug and play, directly communicates with PLC, DTU, touch screen and other devices without the need for additional conversion modules, supporting multi-point network monitoring.
3. High precision and temperature compensation
Built in automatic temperature compensation algorithm to maintain stable measurement accuracy at different water temperatures. Rapid response, real-time reflection of water quality changes, measurement range covering 0-500mg/L (customizable).
4. Durable and adaptable to harsh environments
The shell is made of corrosion-resistant materials, with an IP68 protection level, and can be immersed in rivers, water pools, or pipelines for a long time. Surface anti adhesion treatment to reduce biofouling, combined with optional automatic cleaning brush head, further extending maintenance intervals.
5. Plug and play, easy to operate
The calibration has been completed at the factory, and it can work on site after being powered on. The supporting upper computer software supports parameter configuration, data reading, and one click calibration, truly achieving "installation, connection, and accurate reading".
