Product Introduction:

The online chlorophyll sensor is a high-precision optical sensor that adopts the principle of fluorescence and an integrated design. It can monitor the concentration of chlorophyll-a in water in real time and quickly reflect the biomass of phytoplankton. The sensor has a built-in temperature sensor that supports RS-485 (ModBus/RTU protocol) and optional 4-20 mA dual output mode, meeting the continuous online monitoring needs of scenarios such as river, lake, ocean surveys, aquaculture, and drinking water sources. The overall protection level of the machine reaches IP68, and it can work in a water depth of 20 meters for a long time. The structure is sturdy and easy to maintain.

Core Features:

  • Fluorescence measurement: Utilizing the characteristic of chlorophyll a producing fluorescence under specific excitation light, without the need for reagents or extraction, it achieves rapid in-situ measurement. The response time (T90) is less than 30 seconds, the lowest detection limit is 1ug/L, the linear correlation coefficient R ² is 0.999, and the measurement is stable and reliable.
  • High performance indicators: range of 0-400.0 ug/L, resolution of 0.1 ug/L, accuracy of ± 3% of reading. Built in Pt1000 temperature sensor, supports automatic temperature compensation, corrects the impact of temperature on fluorescence efficiency, and ensures data accuracy at different water temperatures.
  • Reliable structure and output: The shell is made of 316L stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance; Immersion installation, equipped with 3/4NPT threads. Power supply 12-24V DC, power consumption only 0.2W@12V The RS-485 bus supports ModBus/RTU protocol, making it easy to connect to water quality monitoring systems or PLCs; At the same time, 4-20 mA analog output can be optionally selected to adapt to various acquisition devices.
  • Easy maintenance: The sensor does not have an automatic cleaning component, but is designed with a measurement window that is easy to clean. Simply clean the outer surface and windows with tap water or a soft cloth in daily life to avoid interference from attachments. Pre calibration has been completed at the factory, supporting user two-point calibration (zero point and slope), and the calibration operation is simple.
